Most people think of dinosaurs as big, ferocious reptiles. That's largely true, apart from the fact that a lot of them were smaller than a turkey and didn't want to kill anything except some grass. They ruled the Earth for about 175 million years before going to sleep because they were bored (some say they actually died but don't tell that to your kids). The reason why we have so much interest and respect for dinosaurs is not only the fact that they were the largest animals ever to walk on this planet, but their species was dominant for a spawn of time that we, humans, can only dream to equal one day.
Every day scientists and archaeologists all across the world are taking new steps towards the next prehistorical discovery. Their wish, and ours, is that one day humanity will be able to have an accurate knowledge of ages long past and that the memory of the creatures that literally shaped this planet will never be forgotten. We hope that this website will awake in you at least the smallest of interest in dinosaurs and their history.
